		Wilson & Clarendon Boulevards Named 2008 Great Streets - The American Planning Association announced that Wilson and Clarendon Boulevards have been designated as one of 10 Great Streets for 2008 through APA's Great Places in America program. 		BRAC Transition Center - The BRAC Transition Center is now open in the Crystal City Underground at 1638 Crystal Square Arcade, Suite B. The BRAC Transition Center will be a "one-stop" for information, resources, worker services, business assistance, references, and networking for workers and businesses directly and indirectly affected by BRAC decisions. 		Cultural Center Needs Assessment - Arlington County, in partnership with Webb Management Services Inc and Alan S Brown Associates has completed a Needs Assessment & Business Plan for Arlington County Cultural Arts Facilities. 		Grocery Store Trends and Strategies - As grocery stores face sharp competition for food dollars, they have begun to explore new markets, adding services and transforming stores into one-stop-shopping destination experiences. Arlington Economic Development recently completed a study which identifies these trends and examines their impact on Arlington.
