CPHD Forums
Projects Under Development provides information on major proposed Land Use and Construction Projects that will go to the County Board for action, as well as information on Master Plans under development or revision.
Information is added to the Forums frequently. Because each project is unique, the type of information will differ from section to section. Select a particular Forum from the list on the left.
Typically each Forum will include:
- An overview of the project or plan.
- Proposed plans with drawings or virtual renderings of proposed buildings.
- Key dates and meeting schedules.
- An opportunity to submit your comments. Comments go directly to the planner or staff person responsible for the project. All submitted comments receive a general acknowledgement. Individualized responses are made only when specific information is requested.
