5) Backfill | Building | After waterproofing or before backfilling. |
6) Rough-in | Plumbing Mechanical Electrical | Before covering work & 1st Gas Test (if applicable) |
7) Braced Wall Nailing | Building | Before Building Wrap or windows installed |
8) Framing | Building | After trade rough-ins (allows insulation) |
9) Insulation | Building | After insulating (allows close-in). |
10) Gas Test | Plumbing | Before concealing gas piping. |
11) Final | Electrical Mechanical Electrical | After work is complete |
