The development of a new “Assessment & Collections Enterprise” (ACE) system is underway in the Commissioner of Revenue’s and Treasurer’s Offices.
The ACE project was initiated to replace the processes currently supported by the County’s aging mainframe-based revenue systems. Benefits of the new system include more efficient processes, fewer errors, increased reliability, and most importantly, improved customer service.
Beginning with the 2009 Business Taxes, the new system will become a reality. Business License customers will receive new, more efficient returns.
