The Ballston Public Parking Garage is a County-owned 2,800-space public parking facility which serves the needs of office workers, visitors, commuters, and retail establishments. As displayed on the accompanying fee schedule, hourly rates are quite reasonable. There is also a parking convenience coupon program which provides for the advance purchase of stamps which are affixed to the parking ticket and treated as cash when exiting the garage. These stamps are sold at face value and are available to anyone on a first come - first serve basis.

| The garage is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and has 24-hour security. The garage is conveniently located in the heart of Ballston and is only two blocks from the Ballston Metrorail station, which is accessible via an enclosed skywalk. |

Why Use The Ballston Garage? The garage is located close to the Ballston Common Mall, office buildings and restaurants. The skyway system keeps you warm in the winter and cool in summer.
The garage is patrolled by Ballston Common Mall alert and caring security, 24 hours a day.
Managers are on duty to assist you from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and up to eight cashiers are at their posts so you don't have to wait in line to get home. And, with the maintenance crew on duty 18 hours a day, the garage is always clean and functioning fine.
The garage is connected to the Metro's Orange Line. A Metro Commuter Store is located in the Mall, on the second floor. It is stocked with schedules and maps, so you're always on time and know where you are going. There is easy access to Arlington's Bike Trail System.

How To Get From The Ballston Parking Garage To Ballston Metro Station ( Orange Line ) via the Skywalk Take elevator to level 2 of the Mall. Turn left at escalators. Turn right at the center court. Go forward to Skywalk (next to Foot Locker). Go through Skywalk and follow the signs to the Ballston Metro.
