Arlington County, Virginia 2004 Bond Referenda
On July 10, 2004 the Arlington County Board approved four Bond Referendum questions for the ballot of the special election being held on Tuesday November 2, 2004. B. Transportation & Pedestrian Initiatives $10,195,000
