SIGNIFICANT BUDGET HIGHLIGHTS:
-
Non-personnel costs reflect the elimination of
Arlington's share of the operating costs for Aurora House Girls' Group Home ($311,037)
due to the elimination of Title IV-E grant funding. The decrease is partly offset by an increase in the Sheltercare
Program ($15,945). A policy priority to
restore funding for the Aurora House program is included in the proposed
budget.
