RE: State Performance Contract
Please see the items linked below related to the FY 2010 State Performance Contract. The Performance Contract is the agreement with the state and the local Community Services Board (CSB) that commits the local CSB to the indicated levels of funding and service to be provided to Arlington clients with one or more of the following: mental health issues, intellectual disabilities, and/or substance abuse issues. These items are being provided to allow for public review of the proposed changes in the FY 2010 State Performance Contract when compared with the FY 2009 Revised State Performance Contract.
The attachments are as follows: 1) Memo to the Arlington CSB describing the process and differences from FY 2009; 2) Presentation to the CSB on the Performance Contract and FY 2010 changes; 3) FY 2009 Revised Performance Contract; and 4) Blank FY 2010 Performance Contract Draft. Items 3 and 4 are being provided for reference.
The FY 2010 Performance Contract is currently being developed and will be submitted to the Community Services Board for final review and approval on Wednesday, June 17, 2009. Public comment will be invited at this meeting, which starts at 7:00PM at 3033 Wilson Boulevard, Room 7E.
