Residential Concrete Maintenance Program
Criteria to be used for replacement is as follows:
- Tripping Hazards
- Displacements of over 1/2 inch
- Large cracks over 1/2 inch wide
- Spalled (deteriorated surface) concrete
- Displaced curbs with poor drainage
- Temporary asphalt patches
The County policy does not include replacement of your driveway apron because the apron is considered to benefit only the property owner, whereas the sidewalk benefits all who walk on it. Therefore, if you wish to have your apron replaced at your expense (currently $750.00 for a single driveway apron), please fill out the Driveway Apron Application Form and a representative will contact you.
