While the rest of the County receives its water directly from the Dalecarlia Water Treatment facility in Washington DC, Arlington County purchases water for the Willston area from the City of Falls Church. Falls Church receives its water from the Dalecarlia and McMillan Water Treatment facilities which are run by the Washington Aqueduct Division of the Army Corps of Engineers.
